Images
If you’re sending images only (with no text overlay) then send 300dpi (or higher) CMYK TIFF, JPEG or PDF images at the size (including bleed) you want them to appear on your final print.
Images with Text
If you’re sending images with embedded text using Photoshop make sure files are 1200dpi otherwise the text can look fuzzy. Ideally use Illustrator, InDesign or QuarkExpress.
Colour Printing (CMYK)
Create your document/canvas size to include bleed (we’ll trim 3mm off each edge).
Save the file at 1200dpi if it contains text or 300dpi if it’s an image only.
Use colour mode CMYK not RGB.
Use profile Euro-scale coated version 2.
Convert all type to curves or paths.
Save files as ‘press quality’ PDF (our preferred format), TIFF or high resolution JPEG.
